Brake fluid contamination, is a serious and could be a dangerous condition, that could lead to brake system failure.

Contamination can be caused by dirt falling into the master cylinder container, when checking the level, Or by moisture absorbed by the fluid from the atmosphere. Or from deteriorating rubber parts in master cylinder or flex hoses or wheel cylinders or calipers or some valves etc.

Modern vehicle’s fuel system consists of: Gas tank, fuel supply line, gas filter, injectors or throttle body, pressure regulator, fuel return line, and a vapor line. Here is a brief description of each component.
